Cut the peeled potatoes into circles, pickles – slices, pork – 4 pieces. In a big pot to the bottom put the potatoes (½ part), sprinkle with salt and ground pepper.

Add salt, add pepper to the potatoes and spread slices of pickles.

Mix sour cream with water (0.5 liters). For meat evenly add potatoes, salt, pepper and pour everything with sour cream sauce. Cover the pot and put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 2 hours.

We take out the ready-made flavored pork in a pot, put it in plates and immediately serve with vegetable salad and fresh bread.
