A stunningly delicious dish of lightly fried pork and baked in the oven with ham, canned pineapple and melted cheese. It’s better to cook it at home and serve without a side dish, with fresh vegetables.

  1. Wash slices of pork fillet, sprinkle with ground pepper, salt and put in hot oil. Fry under the lid over medium heat from 2 sides, until covered with a brown crust.

  2. Put the fried filet slices into a mold, add on top of a slice of ham.

  3. On the ring of canned pineapple.

  4. Place slices of processed cheese on top of pineapple (for beauty can take yellow) and send the form to the oven at 180 degrees for 15-17 minutes.

  5. We take out the finished flavored pork with pineapple and serve with light vegetable salad and fresh bread.
