  1. Cut the pork fillet into thin small pieces, washed champignons – in slices, onions – in half rings. We put the oven 200 degrees.

  2. Put the prepared fillet pieces in a heat-resistant form, sprinkle with salt, paprika, ground pepper, pour oil, mix and evenly distribute along the bottom. Add on top half onion rings.

  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, tomato paste, vinegar, sugar and water (8 tbsp). Spread evenly on the roasting pan prepared champignons, pour sauce, cover and put in oven for 1 hour 30 minutes.

  4. We take out the fragrant delicious dish, shift it to a large plate and serve with your favorite vegetable side dishes and salads.
