  1. Fry pork chopped in preheated vegetable oil in small pieces for half an hour.
  2. Add mushrooms in small pieces, salt and pepper, fry, stirring for another ten minutes.
  3. Add cream, stir and simmer all together.
  4. Ten minutes later add dried herbs, grated cheese, well stir and remove from heat.
  5. Put the finished pork on a plate with a side dish, serve with fresh vegetables.
