- Wash the pork, dry it, cut it into two portions, salt, pepper to taste.
- Pour oil into a frying pan heated over high heat. warm it, lay the pork and fry for 2 minutes each side. Then reduce the heat and cook, periodically turning over for 6 to 8 minutes.
- Put cherries in the stewpan, add sugar, Demiglas sauce, 50 ml water, bring to a boil over medium heat and simmer 3 – 4 minutes.
- Spread the pork on a plate and pour the cherry on top the sauce.
