For a leisurely family weekend lunch we offer cook delicious pork and beans at home. The meat is saturated Tomato flavor from fresh tomatoes, goes well with boiled beans. Beans should be soaked the day before at least four hours.

- Rinse beans and soak in cold water for 4 hours (possible at night). Then boil readiness in about an hour (the exact time depends on the variety of beans).
- Fry chopped onions in preheated vegetable oil. Add meat sliced in small pieces and fry together twenty minutes, stirring.
- Add tomatoes, also chopped lightly, lightly salt and pepper, fry for another fifteen minutes.
- Add soaked and boiled beans (drain the broth), stir.
- Next lay out chopped greens, still good again mix, serve, garnished with greens.
