Pork tenderloin will turn out incredibly tasty and fragrant if it cook at home with chanterelles. We take out the finished meat from the pan, and add cream to the mushrooms and make the meat sauce. Potatoes in a rustic way will be the perfect side dish for such a dish.

  1. Cut the pork tenderloin in half, sprinkle with tarragon, pepper, salt and spread in hot vegetable oil. Fry with all sides, until brightened, remove to a plate.

  2. After cutting, add butter, fry 3-4 minutes onion and spread chopped chanterelles (you can take fresh or frozen). Pour in the broth, cover and simmer the aromatic mushrooms 5 minutes.

  3. Put the fried tenderloin on the chanterelles, cover and simmer on slow fire for 15 minutes.

  4. Put the tenderloin in a bowl and cover. Pour into the chanterelles cream, add salt, tarragon (optional), ground pepper, increase the heat and cook, stirring until the cream sauce becomes thick.

  5. Cut the delicious tenderloin, put it on the plates, complement fried potatoes, chanterelle sauce and serve.
