  1. Put the pork tenderloin in melted butter, salt and fry on one side until golden brown, turn and add the unpeeled cloves of garlic, chopped onion feathers. Fry for 5 minutes.

  2. Cut the tenderloin in a roasting pan with honey, fry, turning, pour vinegar, wine, broth, add bay leaf, powder ginger, cover and simmer over low heat for 25 minutes.

  3. We take out the pork tenderloin on a plate, spread the washed dried apricots and simmer over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, until the sauce is slightly reduced. We try on salt.

  4. Cut the stewed pork tenderloin into 5 pieces, send to sauce, add chopped parsley, mix, heat 2-3 minutes and immediately serve with your favorite side dish.
