  1. Cut the pork tenderloin into thin slices, sprinkle with salt and ground pepper. Roll the medallions in flour and fry with 2 sides over high heat until golden brown.

  2. Wash the mushrooms and cut into slices, onions – finely. Put the onion in hot oil, fry for 4-5 minutes, stirring, and add prepared mushrooms.

  3. Roast for 6-8 minutes, add Provencal herbs, salt, pour into mushrooms water (½ cup) and cream.

  4. Bring the aromatic sauce to a boil, spread the fried medallions, cover and simmer over low heat for 5-7 minutes. Ready medallions in mushroom sauce served with mashed potatoes and vegetable a salad.
