An original home-made recipe for delicious pork tenderloin, which we pre-fry and wrap in a sheet of Beijing (Chinese) cabbage and simmer in sour cream sauce. Let’s make a side dish boiled potatoes.

  1. Slice the pork tenderloin with salt, put it in the hot vegetable oil, sprinkle with marjoram and pepper.

  2. Fry on all sides, until browned, add butter and fry for another 1-2 minutes. Fried tenderloin put it on a plate.

  3. After the pork, we send the flour to the oil, stir fry for 1 minute, pour the broth, sour cream, salt, pepper and bring to a boil.

  4. Wrap the prepared tenderloin in a large sheet of Peking cabbage, spread in sour cream sauce, cover and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes, periodically turning over.

  5. Juicy flavorful tenderloin in cabbage is cut into 4 parts, put 2 pieces on plates, pour sour cream sauce, add boiled potatoes, fresh tomatoes and serve immediately.
