  1. Dried mushrooms pour hot water 30 minutes before preparation and leave.

  2. Pieces of my pork tenderloin, soaked in paper towels, rub with salt, seasoning for pork, send to the melted 1 piece of oil and fry over medium heat on all sides to Brown color. Put it in a container and cover.

  3. After cutting, put the onion chopped into feathers into the oil, fry for 4-5 minutes, stirring, add chopped garlic, soaked mushrooms with water. Bring to a boil, salt and pour sour cream.

  4. We send the fried tenderloin to mushroom creamy sauce, turn the meat over, cover and simmer for 15 minutes on low heat. We take out the juicy tenderloin, cut into 12 pieces, lay out 3 pieces on a plate, add a side dish, pour everything fragrant mushroom sauce and serve immediately.
