We’ll prepare delicious pork tenderloin chops for lunch at home, previously beaten, fried and stewed in a creamy sauce. TO it’s great to make such a side dish a spaghetti.

  1. Cut the pork tenderloin into pieces of medium thickness and sprinkle in all sides with salt, ground pepper.

  2. Put the pieces in a tight bag or cover with food film and beat off well.

  3. Mix flour with Italian herbs, roll prepared pieces and spread on a plate.

  4. In a pan we send butter, pour in vegetable oil oil and heat. Spread chops in flour and fry on medium heat from 2 sides until lightly browned. Put on the plate.

  5. In the butter after the chop, fry the chopped garlic for 30 seconds, pour water (1 cup), cream, add capers (optional), ground pepper, salt and cook the sauce until slightly thickened.

  6. Spread the fried chops in a creamy sauce and simmer 5 minutes. Fragrant juicy chops add to the plates with spaghetti, pour all the sauce and serve with fresh vegetables.
