This dish can be prepared at home on Sunday evening, completely cooled, put in glass containers and until Thursday forget about cooking.   1. Fry the onion and meat in a preheated oil pan.
  2. Add carrots to straws, simmer for five minutes.
  3. Add zucchini and eggplant cubes, stew together 15 minutes, stirring.
  4. Add mushrooms and tomatoes, cut into small pieces, lightly salt, pepper, stir and simmer another five minutes.
  5. Add chopped garlic, herbs, gently again stir (without deforming the vegetables) and remove after a couple of minutes fire. Enjoy your meal!
