  1. Wash the pork fillet and cut into small pieces, onion with peeled peppers – straws, washed mushrooms – slices.

  2. We send mushrooms with pork to hot oil and fry on high heat, stirring until liquid evaporates. We clean on a plate.

  3. After the pork and mushrooms, put the prepared straws of pepper and onion, fry over high heat for 3-4 minutes, until liquid does not evaporate.

  4. We send pork with mushrooms to the fried vegetables, add paprika, tomato paste, ground pepper and salt. Pour water to slightly covered the contents, cover and simmer over a slow fire 30 minutes.

  5. After 30 minutes, add sour cream to the aromatic stew, mix and simmer another 10 minutes. We try on salt.

  6. Delicious cooked stew with pork and pepper served hot with boiled rice or mashed potatoes.
