Juicy and tasty steak is obtained from pork neck, if slices just cook meat at home in a pan. Let’s make a side dish carrots with mushrooms. The special taste and aroma of steaks will add dried thyme.

Pieces of pork neck (thickness about 2 cm.) Washed, wipe paper towels and sprinkle with dried thyme, pepper and salt. Leave on a plate.

Wash the mushrooms and cut into slices, peeled carrots – chopped garlic through a press. Melt in a pan butter and spread the prepared mushrooms and carrots. Sauté over medium heat, stirring for 10 minutes, until liquid will evaporate. Then pour water (50 ml.), Salt, pepper, add garlic, chopped parsley, cover and simmer over low heat 20 minutes.

15 minutes before cooking vegetables, put the steaks in hot vegetable oil and fry open over medium heat, turning until covered with a brown crust.
