  1. In a bowl, mix paprika, ground cumin, ground pepper (¼ tsp) and salt (3 pinches).

  2. Rub the pork fillet with a prepared aromatic mixture and send to hot oil, fry over medium heat on one side 6-7 minutes, turn over and fry another 4 minutes. We clean in pan and cover.

  3. After steaks, put the diced apple into the butter, cranberries, pour juice from half an orange, salt a little and cook on medium heat, stirring for 4-5 minutes, until the cranberry peels burst. Cranberries for cooking can be taken frozen (previously defrost) or fresh.

  4. Send steaks on the plate to the plates, add prepared sweet and sour side dish of apple and cranberry and immediately serve.
