- 2 chopped shallots
- 2 minced cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp. l chopped fresh oregano
- 1 jalapeno peeled and minced peppers
- Juice 1 Lemon
- 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
Apricots
- 12 pcs dried apricots
- Juice 3 Lemons
- 3/4 Art. dry rose or white wine
- 1/4 Art. honey
- 1 chopped shallot head
- 1 tbsp. l chopped fresh mint
- 1 tbsp. l roasted pine nuts
- Greek yogurt to serve
