Fragrant, delicious kebabs can be prepared not only on barbecue or in the oven at home, but also on the grill pan. To meat it turned out juicy, pre-marinate it with onions and sweet pepper. For a side dish, it is better to make a salad of fresh vegetables.

We wash the pork neck, cut into medium pieces, spread in a bowl, add chopped onion (1 pc.), ground thyme, pepper and salt. Mix well, massaging meat with onions, and leave in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably at night.

The remaining onions are chopped coarsely, peeled sweet pepper – squares. Pickled pieces with vegetables are planted on wooden skewers, alternating with each other, and place on a preheated grill pan (medium heat).
- Fry aromatic kebabs, constantly turning to different sides until the neck pieces are soft and rosy. Not long fry, it will be enough 20-25 minutes.
