  1. We wash the pork neck, cut into medium pieces, spread in a bowl, add chopped onion (1 pc.), ground thyme, pepper and salt. Mix well, massaging meat with onions, and leave in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably at night.

  2. The remaining onions are chopped coarsely, peeled sweet pepper – squares. Pickled pieces with vegetables are planted on wooden skewers, alternating with each other, and place on a preheated grill pan (medium heat).

  3. Fry aromatic kebabs, constantly turning to different sides until the neck pieces are soft and rosy. Not long fry, it will be enough 20-25 minutes.
  4. We put ready delicious kebabs of pork on a plate and served with vegetable salad and fresh pita bread.
