Fragrant and amazingly delicious pork loin rolls with stuffed with fried champignons and hard cheese. To have meat juicy, cook rolls at home in double breading and fry on pan until crisp.

  1. Wash the mushrooms and cut into small pieces, onion onion – finely, put everything in melted butter and fry over medium heat until the liquid evaporates. Salt and pepper.

  2. Large slices of pork loin, one at a time spread on food cover the film with another film and beat off so that the pieces become thin. Sprinkle with salt and ground pepper.
