  1. Soak prunes for a while, rinse, chop with a knife.
  2. Grind the nuts into small pieces.
  3. Separately, mix the prunes and nuts in a bowl.
  4. Pork fillet cut into layers about half a centimeter thick, gently beat off through cling film.
  5. On the chopped meat put the stuffing from prune nuts.
  6. Wrap in a roll, secure with toothpicks.
  7. In a bowl, beat the egg, salt, pepper, mix.
  8. Roll rolls first in the egg, then in the breading, lay out in a pan with vegetable oil, fry on one side 15 minutes.
  9. Turn to the other side, fry for another 10 minutes. Slice just before serving, removing the toothpicks.
