  1. Wash the ribs, divide into pieces 1-2 ribs, sprinkle spices.
  2. Fry the ribs on both sides in a preheated pan until good golden crust.
  3. Now cook the vegetables. Finely chop onion and greens, and three carrots on a coarse grater. Shred the cabbage.
  4. Remove the ribs from the pan and fry in the same pan onions, then add carrots to it and bring to a half-ready, stirring constantly. Put onions and carrots to the ribs.
  5. Put the cabbage in the same pan. When the cabbage will be almost ready, return the onions, carrots and ribs to the pan, and stew under the lid for 20 minutes all together, adding finely chopped greens.
