  1. Pork fillet cut into layers with a thickness of about two cm. Side make an incision for the “pocket”.
  2. Put in a “pocket” a little grated on a coarse grater hard cheese.
  3. Also in the “pocket” put canned pineapple, cut into pieces.
  4. Fasten the “pocket” with a wooden toothpick (when serving ready dishes to remove).
  5. Roll “pockets” in an egg whipped with salt.
  6. Then roll in the breading mixture (add to mix favorite spices).
  7. Fry in a saucepan on well-heated vegetable oil on both sides of the dose tolerance (approximately ten minutes) from each side).
  8. Serve the finished meat with plenty of fresh vegetables and greens.
