  1. Cut the pork tenderloin into 8 pieces, sprinkle with ground pepper, salt and send portions in oil.

  2. Fry the medallions from 2 sides for 4 minutes until covered brown crust. Put on the plate.

  3. After the medallions, spread the cranberries (fresh or frozen), add the broth, dried thyme, honey and cook 2-3 minutes.

  4. We send the fried pieces to the fragrant cranberry sauce and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce is slightly thickened. We serve the most tender medallions with mashed potatoes and pour all over with cranberry sauce.
