Recipe preparation:

  1. Prepare the sauce: in a heated pan with a thick bottom pour olive oil, and sauté, stirring the onions over medium heat. with 2 teaspoons of salt, until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in tomato paste and fry, stirring, for 2 to 3 minutes. Add minced pork, red pepper flakes and fry, stirring, until ready, about 10 minutes.
  2. Add mashed tomatoes to the pot with minced meat along with marinade and 1 glass of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce. temperature and simmer, stirring occasionally until the sauce is cooked until one third, approximately 1 hour.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the meatballs: preheat the oven up to 230 C. Mix in a deep bowl pork mince, 1 tablespoon salt, hot peppers and their brine, bread and eggs. Form 24 medium ball.
  4. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil, then place on it meatballs and place in the oven and bake until cooked, about 14 minutes.
  5. Divide the meatballs into portions and pour the sauce. As garnish can be served polenta.
