Recipe preparation:
- Prepare the sauce: in a heated pan with a thick bottom pour olive oil, and sauté, stirring the onions over medium heat. with 2 teaspoons of salt, until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in tomato paste and fry, stirring, for 2 to 3 minutes. Add minced pork, red pepper flakes and fry, stirring, until ready, about 10 minutes.
- Add mashed tomatoes to the pot with minced meat along with marinade and 1 glass of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce. temperature and simmer, stirring occasionally until the sauce is cooked until one third, approximately 1 hour.
