  1. In a bowl, mix the meat, chopped into small pieces, with onion half rings.
  2. Add special seasonings for barbecue, stir.
  3. Add ketchup, mayonnaise, stir once more and remove into refrigerator for seven hours or overnight.
  4. Salt marinated meat and strung nashampura.
  5. Fry over burnt charcoal (enough heat from coal), periodically turning skewers.
  6. Serve the finished meat on skewers or removing them with a knife.
