Pork loin with pineapple salsa

  • 1 tbsp. l chopped peeled ginger
  • 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp. l soy sauce and some more for salsa
  • 1/2 tsp 5 seasoning Chinese seasoning
  • 1 bunch of green onions

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a medium saucepan, mix rice with 1 and 2/3 tbsp. water, bring to boiling. Cover, reduce heat to low and cook about 15 minutes until the water is absorbed and the rice is soft. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, cut a piece of pineapple measuring 5 cm. And grate him on a coarse grater into a large bowl. Add ginger, vegetable oil, 1 tbsp. l soy sauce and 1/4 tsp seasoning of 5 spices. Add green onions and pork. Grease them carefully mixture and let marinate for 10 minutes. Grate the remaining pineapple the remaining 1/4 tsp seasoning of 5 spices.
