Recipe preparation:
- Preheat a roasting pan or oven with grill. In a blender, mix chopped onion, ginger, Srirachu, rice vinegar, paprika, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tbsp. water; grind in a puree. Season the pork with salt and pepper. Place on baking sheet and bake until light fry (do not overturn) for about 7 minutes. Cover with foil and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. high fire. Add cabbage, chopped onions and 1/2 tsp. salts; fry, stirring, until soft, 2 to 4 minutes.
