- Let’s make the broth. Boil pork for 1 hour. Salt, pepper, add bay leaf.
- Peel and chop the potatoes. Add to the broth.
- Cut the pork into pieces and add to the broth. Salt with necessary.
- Grate carrots and garlic. Dice the onion.
- Fry onions, garlic, carrots in vegetable oil, salt, add 1-2 tbsp. tomato paste. Add some water. Stew 5-10 minutes.
- Add the frying to the soup. Cook for 30 minutes.
- Add 2 tbsp. rice, cook for 15 minutes and turn it off!
