- Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
- Heat the pan with the addition of vegetable oil.
- Put the onion in the pan and fry until transparent on medium heat.
- We wash the meat and cut into small cubes. Add to the onion and fry until half ready.
- Add flour, mix.
- Add tomato paste, mix again.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Add sour cream, mix.
- Pour water, reduce heat to minimum and simmer under cover for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- I added sugar to taste, because the dish seemed sour to me because of tomato paste.
