  1. Cut the ham into plates 1.5 cm thick. Lightly beat off the back of the knife. Grate with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Fry over medium heat for 6 minutes on each side, flipping every 2 minutes until full browning.
  3. Fry for another 10 minutes under the lid. The finished escalope punctured with a knife, the eye-catching juice is transparent.
