Goulash is a Hungarian dish of shepherds. Traditionally it was cooked on beef fire with potatoes, onions and bell peppers. Hungarian goulash looks like a thick soup. Since the days of the USSR, a dish has been prepared in Russia houses of different types of meat with onions and tomato paste in large amount of sauce (gravy). If you want to make a delicious goulash, do not forget to put more paprika.

Wash the pork, cut into medium pieces, spread in oil, add ground pepper, spices for pork and fry on high heat until the pieces are lightly browned.

Add the onion sliced in half rings into pork, fry 3-4 minutes, stirring, and put everything in a pan. Pour into meat water, so that it completely covers the pieces, add laurel leaf, pepper peas (optional), chopped garlic, tomato pasta, salt. Cover and simmer over low heat for 1 hour 10 minutes.

After 1 hour 10 minutes in cold water (2 tbsp) stir the flour and pour into the stew so that the gravy becomes thick. We bring goulash to a boil, try on salt, cook for 2-3 minutes and remove from heat.

Ready hot flavored goulash served with mashed potatoes or pasta and vegetable salad.
