  1. We cut the pork into small pieces, the tomatoes into slices, onions – finely.

  2. Fry the onion in oil over medium heat (4-5 minutes), add prepared pork, fry for another 5 minutes, spread the tomatoes, curry, cumin seeds and mix.

  3. Fry the meat with vegetables and curry for 2-3 minutes, stirring, pour flour and pour water or meat broth so that the liquid covered the contents. Cover curry goulash and simmer over low heat 45 minutes until the meat is tender and the sauce thickens.

  4. Fragrant curry goulash served with boiled rice, fresh vegetables and crispy bread.
