  1. 1 hour before starting cooking, dried porcini mushrooms are washed and soak in warm water.

  2. Cut the meat into medium slices, onion with garlic – finely, pickles – in cubes, smoked sausage – in circles and cut in half. We send prepared pork to the oil, sprinkle with paprika, salt and fry until brown. Add onion, smoked sausage, garlic and fry for 3-4 minutes, stirring.

  3. We put in the meat cubes of pickles, pressed mushrooms, tomato paste, flour, bay leaf, pour water (700 ml.), salt, pepper and stew goulash covered for 45 minutes over low heat.

  4. Ready delicious goulash with smoked sausage served hot with favorite side dish and light vegetable salads with greens.
