  1. Wash the pork, cut into medium pieces, send to oil, sprinkle with ground pepper and fry over medium heat open until the pieces are lightly browned. Rinse the pepper, remove seeds, membranes and cut into small slices, and green onions – finely, chop the garlic through a press.

  2. Add onion to pork, fry for 4-5 minutes, then send chopped garlic and fry for another 1 minute. Prepared pepper and green onions (½ part) put in meat with onions and fry 3-4 minutes.

  3. Add tomato paste, sour cream, pour flour, mix and fill with water to completely cover the contents. Solim pepper, cover and simmer for 45 minutes until pork will not become tender, and the sauce will not thicken.

  4. Put the ready-made fragrant goulash with pepper on the side dish (boiled rice, mashed potatoes), sprinkle with green onions and serve with light vegetable salad.
