For 1 hour before starting cooking, white mushrooms are washed and fill with water. Then squeeze and finely chop.

Wash the pork fillet, cut into small pieces and fry in a saucepan over high heat until browned. Add chopped onion and fry for 4-5 minutes, stirring.

Pour water (500 ml) into pork and onion, add prepared porcini mushrooms, sour cream, ground pepper, salt (1 tsp), cover and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.

Dilute flour in water (3 tbsp), add to sauce and cook another 15 minutes. Then add green peas to the stewed pork with mushrooms, chopped parsley and cook another 5 minutes. If the sauce is obtained too thick, pour a little water and bring to a boil.

Fragrant goulash with mushrooms and green peas served hot with mashed vegetables, boiled rice or pasta. Goulash optionally complement with your favorite spices.
