  1. Wash the pork, cut into small pieces and spread in butter. Fry the pieces over high heat until lightly browned add chopped onion and fry for 4-5 minutes, stirring.

  2. Pour water (700 ml.) Into the fried meat with onions, add peppercorns, bay leaf, chopped garlic, cover cover and simmer for 40 minutes.

  3. After 40 minutes, add the diluted flour in water to the goulash (4 tablespoon), cream, bring to a boil and cook for another 8-10 minutes, until the sauce will not become thick.

  4. Fragrant creamy pork goulash served with your favorite side dish and vegetable salad. The dish can be supplemented with marjoram, caraway seeds or coriander.
