Goulash is traditionally cooked at home with tomato paste, but if it is replace with cream, you get a new fragrant dish, to which perfectly make a side dish of boiled rice, mashed potatoes or pasta. Pork goulash with cream is very tasty and gentle.

Wash the pork, cut into small pieces and spread in butter. Fry the pieces over high heat until lightly browned add chopped onion and fry for 4-5 minutes, stirring.

Pour water (700 ml.) Into the fried meat with onions, add peppercorns, bay leaf, chopped garlic, cover cover and simmer for 40 minutes.

After 40 minutes, add the diluted flour in water to the goulash (4 tablespoon), cream, bring to a boil and cook for another 8-10 minutes, until the sauce will not become thick.
