A great recipe for a delicious goulash of pork, onions, with adding a celery stalk. Cooking a dish at home traditionally in thick-walled pan. Dried goulash will give a special aroma marjoram. You can make buckwheat or boiled potatoes on the side dish.

Wash the pork fillet, cut into pieces, sprinkle with salt, seasoning for pork and mix. Cut celery stalk into pieces, onion – finely.

Fry chopped onions in a saucepan for 4-5 minutes and spread prepared slices of fillet, fry for 5-6 minutes.

Add flour, tomato paste to the fried meat with onions, bay leaf, dried marjoram and peppercorns. Mix pour water (500 ml.), cover and simmer over low heat 25 minutes. Spread the prepared celery in goulash, try on salt and simmer another 25 minutes.
