  1. Wash the pork fillet, cut into medium pieces, spread in butter and fry over high heat until lightly browned. Onions cut into half rings, put in meat, fry 3-4 minutes, stirring.

  2. Add flour, chopped garlic to the stewpan, mix and fry for 1 minute. Pour in beer, add ground pepper, salt, cover and simmer over low heat for 1 hour.

  3. Remove the fragrant goulash from the heat and immediately serve with mashed potatoes, boiled rice or buckwheat and vegetable salad.
