We will prepare a delicious escalope with fragrant ginger at home. Pieces pre-marinated pork loin in a mixture of soy sauce, ginger, garlic, vegetable oil, brown sugar, and then quickly fry in a pan. Garnish better made from vegetables, fresh or fried.

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oil, grated ginger, brown sugar and chopped garlic. Put in a tight bag pieces of loin, pour in the prepared marinade, massage the meat and cool at least 4 hours.

  2. Take the pickled loin out of the sauce and send to preheated pan (you can add a little oil). Fry Escalope on both sides for 4-5 minutes, remove from heat and let stand another 1-2 minutes.

  3. Fragrant pork escalope served with your favorite side dish and green a salad. In this sauce, you can pickle not only whole pieces, but and small pieces and just fry in a pan.
