We prepare at home a delicious pork escalope in sour cream sauce. Juicy slices of pork, pre-fry with a sprig rosemary, garlic and stew in sour cream sauce. Special taste and pink pepper seeds add flavor to the dish.

  1. We wash the slices of pork loin, salt and put in melted butter with a sprig of rosemary and a clove of garlic (you can do not clean).

  2. Fry the loin over medium heat for 5 minutes on both sides and put on a plate with garlic and rosemary.

  3. Add sour cream, pink pepper seeds to the oil after escalope and pour in a little water so that the sauce does not turn out too thick. Salt, pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes. Spread in sour cream sauce fried slices, mix, cover and cook for 10-15 minutes on slow fire.

  4. Ready juicy escalope served with your favorite side dish and water fragrant sour cream sauce.
