Tasty and magnificent pork minced meat patties are cooked at home with adding sour cream. Fragrant cutlets stuffed with pieces of cheese and fry in oil. Garnish is better to make a light vegetable salad.

  1. Spread minced pork in a large bowl, mix well and beat off slightly (take a small amount in the hand and throw it with force on the wall of the bowl) so that the mixture becomes lush. In oil (1 tablespoon) fry chopped onion until soft and cool. Chop cheese in small cubes.

  2. Add sour cream to the prepared pork minced meat (should be thick), egg, crackers (½ cup), fried onions, ground pepper, salt and mix by hand for 2-3 minutes, so that the mass remains lush.

  3. We form cakes from the mixture, spread in the middle on a small block cheese and form cutlets. Bread generously and send into hot oil over medium heat, fry stuffed meatballs under a lid on both sides to a brown crust for 10-12 minutes.

  4. Ready-made pork patties with cheese serve hot with your beloved garnish and vegetable salad with herbs.
