Wash a piece of pork loin, dry with paper towels and cut into pieces (5 pcs.). Prepared pieces sprinkle with salt, ground pepper and roll in flour. Fry in a pan in oil (4 tablespoons) from 2 sides to brown crust for 5-6 minutes. Put the finished chops on plate and cover.

After the chops, add the remaining oil to the pan, spread chopped onion and fry until soft. Wash the champignons, cut into slices and add to the onion. Fry mushrooms on medium heat, until browned, add frozen peas, flour (2 tablespoon), pour cream, water (1 cup) and cook the sauce on a slow fire until it thickens. Salt and pepper.

Put the finished fragrant chops on plates, add favorite side dish, pour mushroom sauce and serve immediately. Sauce can complement with any spices and herbs to taste.
