  1. Soak the loaf for several minutes in water or milk and wring out. Chop finely chopped green onions.

  2. Put the prepared minced meat, prepared bun, in a bowl, green onion, egg, dried dill, ground pepper and salt. Mix well a blank for the meatballs and form balls (medium in size).

  3. We give the finished balls the shape of the cakes and put them in the hot butter. Fry the meatballs on medium heat from 2 sides to brown colors and put in a bowl.

  5. For such a dish, you can prepare the sauce. In the oil after the meatballs add tomato paste (1 tablespoon), flour (1 tablespoon) and pour water, stirring to make a sauce, slightly thick in consistency. Season the tomato sauce with your favorite spices and water the meatballs with garnish.
