  1. Wash and chop arugula, divide Feta cheese into small pieces.

  2. Wash pieces of pork fillet, beat off, sprinkle with salt, ground pepper and put on each side arugula on one side ( 1/8 part), Feta cheese (1/8 part each) and pine nuts (1/8 each) parts).

  3. Cover the filling with the other side of the meat and fasten the open edges on 3 sides with toothpicks.

  4. In hot oil we spread stuffed chops, a clove garlic and fry over medium heat until lightly browned.

  5. Turn over the pork with the filling to the other side, pour a little water (1/3 cup), cover and cook for 10-15 minutes, until liquid does not evaporate.

  6. Ready-made stuffed chops with cheese and arugula hot with light vegetable salads and bread.
