  1. Mix flour for cutlets with salt, caraway seeds, peppers and paprika. We wash the pork cutlets, roll in the prepared flour and shake to remove excess flour.

  2. Put the cutlets on the bone in portions in hot oil (large amount) and fry over high heat for 2-3 minutes, until they are not covered with a brown crust.
