  1. We wash large pieces of pork loin, sprinkle with salt, ground pepper and roll in flour.

  2. In a bowl, mix dried basil, crackers and finely grated cheese. Pieces of flour are dipped in a beaten egg and sent to the prepared a mixture of crackers and cheese, roll.

  3. One-piece breading filet is sent to hot oil (2 tablespoon) and fry over medium heat for 10 minutes on each side, until covered with a golden brown crust.

  4. Ready-made escalope in cheese breading served hot with a side dish and vegetables (fresh or canned).
