Recipe preparation:
- Grate pork with salt and cajun seasoning. Pour flour into shallow bowl. Roll pork in flour and shake off any surplus.
- Heat in a large frying pan at a moderate heat. olive oil. Add meat and fry, 2 – 3 min. with each side. Transfer to a dish.
- Add butter, onion, thyme and a pinch to the pan salt. Fry, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, 8 – 10 minutes. Add 2 tbsp. l flour and fry, stirring, 1 min. Pour chicken broth, bring to a boil and cook, about 2 minutes.
