Ingredients for the recipe:

Kebab:

  • 1/2 quarter green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cans (225 gr.) Pineapple slices (syrup drained)
  • 4 soaked in water for 10 minutes, so as not to burn, wooden skewer (28 cm.)

Marinade:

  • 1/3 Art. sweet and sour sauce
  • 1/4 Art. pineapple syrup from canned pineapples
  • 2 tbsp. l soy sauce
  • 1 minced clove of garlic
  • 1 tsp peeled and chopped fresh ginger

Fried rice:

  • 1 pack (180 gr.) Finished fried rice
  • 1/2 tbsp. canned pulp of pineapple (drain syrup)
  • 1 tbsp. l (15 gr.) Butter
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 2 tbsp. l soy sauce
  • 1/3 Art. frozen green peas and carrots (defrost)
  • 1/4 Art. frozen corn (thaw)

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a small bowl, mix the ingredients for cooking. marinade. Put vegetables and pineapple in a medium-sized bowl. Вput another pork in a medium-sized bowl. Evenly distribute the marinade between 2 bowls and mix the meat. Put in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes. or up to 8 hours
  2. Preheat the grill in the oven; alternately string 4 skewers pork, vegetables and pineapple. Put the skewer in a special shape for grill and fry until meat is ready, until it starts brown, turning the kebabs in the cooking process, about 5 minutes each from each side.
  3. Fried Rice: Open the bag of fried rice and take out seasonings. In a large heavy skillet, mix rice with creamy oil and fry over medium heat until golden brown, about 2 minutes Gradually add 2 tbsp. water, soy sauce and condiments from a bag of fried rice. Bring to a boil. Cover cover the pan and reduce heat to low. Cook rice until softness, about 15 minutes Remove the pan from the heat and add on top of a rice mixture pineapples, peas with carrots and corn. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Loosen the rice with a fork and mix it with pineapple, green peas, carrots and corn.
