  1. Wash the pork tenderloin and cut across the fibers into thin pieces, sprinkle with pepper and salt. Spread prepared slices in vegetable oil, fry from 2 sides on a strong fire until it is lightly browned and put on a plate.

  2. After cutting, put the washed whole mushrooms in the oil and fry until golden brown. Spread fried in mushrooms pieces of tenderloin, add butter, chopped garlic and fry for 2 minutes, stirring.

  3. We spread sour cream in mushrooms with meat, soy sauce, pour a little water, so that the sauce does not turn out too thick, bring to boil and try the sauce on the salt. Stew under the lid for 5 minutes on slow fire and remove from heat.
