  1. Rinse porcini mushrooms from dust, soak in water for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Boil for at least 40 minutes. Do not forget to remove the foam.
  3. Remove the mushrooms, cut into noodles.
  4. Strain the broth, bring to a volume of 2.5 liters.
  5. Put mushrooms in a broth and chopped into small pieces potatoes. Salt the broth, add spices, put a bay leaf. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Cut carrots and parsley into a small dice.
  7. Onion cut into half rings.
  8. Fry the roots and onions in vegetable oil until a slight blush and softness.
  9. Pour in tomato juice and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  10. Pour washed lentils and sauté into the broth.
  11. Stir. Add if necessary.
  12. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes. Shortly before cooking, add chopped greens. Soup ready.
