- Rinse porcini mushrooms from dust, soak in water for 20-30 minutes.
- Boil for at least 40 minutes. Do not forget to remove the foam.
- Remove the mushrooms, cut into noodles.
- Strain the broth, bring to a volume of 2.5 liters.
- Put mushrooms in a broth and chopped into small pieces potatoes. Salt the broth, add spices, put a bay leaf. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Cut carrots and parsley into a small dice.
- Onion cut into half rings.
- Fry the roots and onions in vegetable oil until a slight blush and softness.
- Pour in tomato juice and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Pour washed lentils and sauté into the broth.
- Stir. Add if necessary.
